Terms
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms govern your use of striketwo.games and any other Strike Two website that links to these Terms, including any materials you submit to Strike Two (“Strike Two,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the site or submitting materials, you agree to these Terms.
The Site
The site is provided for informational purposes and to allow indie game developers and others to contact Strike Two regarding potential publishing, development, financing, or related opportunities.
Nothing on the site is an offer, promise, commitment, or guarantee of funding, publishing, acquisition, investment, development, distribution, or any other relationship.
Submissions
You may submit information or materials relating to a game or project, including links, trailers, videos, builds, documents, descriptions, and other materials.
By submitting materials, you represent that:
- you have the right to share them with us;
- your submission does not violate another person’s rights or any agreement that binds you;
- the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You retain ownership of your submitted materials.
Submitting materials does not transfer ownership of your game, intellectual property, or other rights to Strike Two.
You grant Strike Two a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to access, copy, internally reproduce, analyze, test, and share your submitted materials with our personnel, contractors, advisors, and service providers solely as reasonably necessary to evaluate and discuss a potential relationship with you.
No Confidentiality by Submission
We review many games, mechanics, genres, themes, products, and business opportunities.
Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, your submission is not confidential and does not create any duty of confidentiality.
Please do not submit trade secrets or other information that you are not comfortable sharing without a separate written confidentiality agreement.
Strike Two may already be evaluating, developing, publishing, financing, or discussing games, products, mechanics, themes, or ideas that are similar to yours. Similarity alone does not create any obligation or liability.
Evaluation
We are not required to review, respond to, retain, return, or act on any submission.
We may decide not to pursue a game or opportunity for any reason or no stated reason.
Any feedback we provide is optional and does not create any obligation to continue discussions or enter into a transaction.
No Relationship Until Signed
Contact with Strike Two, discussions, feedback, evaluation, or submission of materials does not create:
- a partnership;
- joint venture;
- agency relationship;
- fiduciary relationship;
- publishing agreement;
- investment relationship;
- employment relationship;
- obligation to negotiate;
- obligation to transact.
Any binding business relationship must be set out in a separate written agreement signed by the applicable parties.
Feedback About Strike Two
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about Strike Two, our website, or our services, we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
This section does not transfer ownership of your submitted game or project materials.
Third-Party Services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Steam, video platforms, social networks, hosting providers, and other websites or services.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strike Two disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strike Two and its affiliates, owners, personnel, contractors, advisors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the site or a submission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the site will not exceed $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
